Modern flows in PES

 

Modernizing  Public Employment Service (PES) by implementing modern systems of work and developing training programs for employees.

SERVICES:

  • Project implementation and monitoring: effective coordination of staff and project activities, monitoring costs, elaboration of interim and final progress reports, payment and reimbursement claims, monitoring project results and performance of the indicators set-out within the application form, monitoring, coordination and implementing changes of the funding contract.
  • Financial management of the project: tracking project cash-flow, compliance with the project budget, verifying supporting documents for all project costs, elaborating payment and reimbursement claims.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project was developed in partnership between CAE Suceava (applicant) and other 4 institutions: CAE Ialomita, CAE Ilfov, Media One SRL and Aequilibrium Foundation.

The project was proposed to efficiency daily activities within the PES (Public Employment Services) partners in the project, through:

  • the implementation of systems for electronic archives of the documents;
  • training of 40 employees of PES partners, involved in archiving and records management;
  • best practices and expertise exchange with PES in Finland on solutions for electronic archiving;
  • scanning and electronic archiving of 42,000 files of PES clients;
  • offering PES customers direct access to their own files, through info-kiosk terminals;
  • implementation of a system for issuing tickets with serial number, to ensure fluidity and managing queues in PES.
